Welcome to VisitNormandy.Org. We moved to France in 1988 and fell in love with Normandy, France. We hope to share our love for this beautiful region with you through this site. We live in Vinnemerville, a very small village in Upper Normandy.

Normandy is not just the WWII invasion beaches, or the touristy cities of Lower Normandy. Upper Normandy has a lot to offer in terms of scenery, old castles and great food. We hope this site will give you a glimpse of this wonderful region.

At this moment, we're concentrating on Upper Normandy, though we have a few cities in Lower Normandy on the site.

Due to the many spammers that have found this site, we've had to remove the comment system. Sorry

After downloading and installing it, when you see this icon anywhere on this site, click on the icon, select Open in the dialogue box that opens, and then Earth Google will show you on a satellite map where this place is.

All other maps are shown using Google Map. The actual map is taken from Google, and may take a little while to load, but after it loads, you can zoom, drag your mouse across the map to move destination, and look at the map from a satellite or map/satellite (hybrid) view.
