It's main claim to fame is the Valmont Castle (remember the movie "Liaisons Dangereuse" with Michelle Pfeiffer and John Malkovich), although it was never used for the movie. The castle is in private hands and they do have rare visits possible. Visited Restaurants     Castle on the hill The main point of interest is the Valmont Castle. It is currently in private hands and they are restoring the castle. The castle dominates all views, since it's placed on top of the hill. Town church Monastery The "Abbaye Notre Dame du Prč" is an old but functioning Monastery. Chateau in ruins There are still some very old houses around.
